TO USE

Ages 3 and up: apply product behind the ears, on the chest, or inner forearms and wrists - wherever you can most easily pick up the scent (although use on the face is not recommended). 

While this formulation is considered safe for young children, it is most likely an unnecessary need for children under the age of 2.
